📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and optimize assembly processes for high-quality production.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
- Provide technical support and training to assembly line operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly process engineering.
- Proficient in using CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related manufacturing engineering is a plus.
