🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain management
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and logistics management software, such as JDA or Manhattan Associates
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
