📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of the bar program, ensuring it aligns with the restaurant's vision and meets customer expectations.
• Manage and train the bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Source and select high-quality beverages, including premium spirits, wines, and craft beers.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative cocktail and mocktail recipes that complement our menu.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our beverage offerings and attract new customers.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the bar's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into the bar program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or beverage-focused setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing beverage programs in upscale dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of beverage selection, tasting, and pairing, with a passion for creating unique and memorable drink experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using beverage management software such as Wine Spectator, DrinkUp, or similar tools.
• Certification in beverage service or hospitality management is a plus.
• Familiarity with local and international beverage markets, including trends and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
