As an Enterprise Procurement Consultant in Pangkal Pinang, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing procurement strategies for some of the region's most influential organizations.

In this role, you'll work closely with procurement teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, negotiate contracts with vendors, and leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement. You'll use tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Procurement Master to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals
• Negotiate high-impact contracts with vendors, aiming for cost savings and improved terms
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
• Leverage tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Procurement Master to streamline and optimize procurement workflows
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
• Provide training and support to procurement teams on strategic sourcing techniques and tools
• Report on procurement performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing
• Certification in procurement and supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or CSCP-SM)
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Procurement Master
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
