📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and delivery dates.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on production status and performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of production strategies and policies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on production planning and scheduling.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
