📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct process analysis and develop improvement plans for laser manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement process improvements using tools like Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laser manufacturing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to address production issues and prevent recurrence.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of materials and components.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in laser technology and manufacturing processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or a similar role in the laser manufacturing industry.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
- Proficiency in using process improvement tools such as 5S, PDCA, and FMEA.
- Experience with laser manufacturing processes and equipment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
