📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
• Use HRIS tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse to streamline HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven track record of successfully attracting and retaining top talent.
• Strong understanding of HRIS tools and experience using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
