📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize all reservations using our proprietary AI tools, ensuring high occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, using AI insights to personalize their travel experience.
• Collaborate with our team of luxury travel specialists to create bespoke itineraries tailored to each guest's preferences.
• Provide exceptional guest service, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
• Leverage your deep knowledge of Bali's luxury offerings to recommend and book the best experiences and accommodations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury travel, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services.
• Work closely with our marketing team to promote our luxury travel packages and attract high-value guests.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Bali's luxury market, including top resorts, villas, and experiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Valid work visa for Indonesia, as required.
