📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the commissioning process for construction projects, ensuring that all systems are fully operational and meet our high standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that commissioning activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain commissioning plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is available for review and approval.
• Conduct commissioning tests and inspections, verifying that all systems are functioning as intended and that they meet our quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process, working closely with our team to ensure that all problems are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all commissioning activities are in compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders, keeping them informed of the status of commissioning activities.
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in commissioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning for construction projects, with a strong understanding of the commissioning process and relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficient in the use of commissioning software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
