As a Live Streaming Host & Technical Manager at Denka Pratama Indonesia, you'll be responsible for managing the entire live streaming process, from pre-production to post-production. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and deliver content that resonates with our audience. Your technical skills will ensure that our live streams run smoothly, while your hosting abilities will keep our viewers engaged and informed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming events with a charismatic and engaging on-camera presence
• Manage the technical aspects of live streaming, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and deliver tailored live streaming content
• Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, video, and lighting
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless live streaming events
• Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics to continuously improve our digital sales strategy
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming to enhance our digital sales efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live streaming host or technical manager in a sales or marketing environment
• Strong technical skills in live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software such as OBS Studio or Wirecast
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage viewers effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools such as Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and Instagram Live
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Media, or Technical Management
• Certification in live streaming or related technical fields is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a strong asset
