📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services from reliable suppliers.
• Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for our projects.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials are available when needed.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure that procurement activities align with project schedules.
• Monitor and report on procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in material sourcing and procurement.
• Support the construction team with technical advice and problem-solving.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in material sourcing and procurement in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
