🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Strong understanding of credit solutions and financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with the Palembang market and customer behavior.
