📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs and materials that are aligned with our company's objectives and industry standards.
• Deliver training sessions to employees, using various teaching methods and techniques to ensure effective learning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide feedback and guidance to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the organization.
• Use learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or SAP Learning to create and manage training content.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of training programs on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or SAP Learning is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
