📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of children in care.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support children's emotional and psychological well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, teachers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic child protection.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children in care, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate and train staff and volunteers on child protection principles and best practices.
• Advocate for children's rights and well-being within the community.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in child protection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in child protection or a similar role.
• Certification in Child Protection or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, and child welfare policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant child protection software.
