The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Midwife to join our team in Badung, Bali. This position is crucial in providing quality maternal and child health services to our community. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive midwifery care to expectant mothers and new mothers, including prenatal, postnatal, and postpartum care.,Conduct health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations for children and mothers.,Educate and counsel mothers and families on various health topics, including nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.,Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies, and provide emergency obstetric care when necessary.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for mothers and children.,Participate in community health programs and initiatives to improve maternal and child health outcomes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.,Stay updated with the latest developments in maternal and child health, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in midwifery, with a focus on maternal and child health.,Professional certification or license as a midwife, as required by Indonesian regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required. English language skills are a plus.,Knowledge of community health programs and initiatives is a plus.,Experience in working with diverse and marginalized populations is a plus.
