First Oceanic Property Management, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our luxury properties in Denpasar and Badung, Bali. You will work closely with our property managers and maintenance teams to ensure that our properties are in top condition and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues and preventative maintenance needs.,Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and repair plan for each property, taking into account the unique needs and requirements of each property.,Work closely with our property managers and maintenance teams to coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair work.,Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Provide technical guidance and support to our maintenance teams, as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in building maintenance and repair.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair, with a focus on luxury properties.,Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.,Experience with property management software and building automation systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to and from work sites.,Ability to obtain and maintain a valid security clearance, as required by the company.
