📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide personalized service to guests, including recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities,Manage and organize guest luggage and personal items,Coordinate with housekeeping and other service departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests,Assist with special requests and arrangements for guests,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms,Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff,Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities in the guest rooms

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in luxury hospitality,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable),Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
