📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer outreach, and strategic partnerships.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to update the team on market conditions, customer feedback, and company goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Bali and Indonesia.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analytics platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
