📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent Asia Banking brand and promote our products and services to customers and potential customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints and issues.,Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.,Organize and participate in brand promotion events and activities.,Monitor and report on brand performance and customer satisfaction metrics.,Train and mentor junior Brand Ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, customer service, or sales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
