Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other related materials,Conduct document reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Basic understanding of technical concepts and processes,Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus,Fluency in English is required🛠️ Keahlian
