📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Oversee employee training and development programs,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Comply with all labor laws and regulations,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic organization
