Sentral Wati Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Maros. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and delivery processes.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and supply chain processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
