📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.,Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and achieve common objectives.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
