📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff to achieve branch targets.
  • Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Report to the Regional Manager on a regular basis.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
