📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training goals are met.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
