PT Maritim Gading is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and address employee concerns.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting to provide insights for decision-making.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all HR documents are properly filed and stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with maritime industry is a plus.
