📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the daily menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet quality standards.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate.
