📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure equipment such as servers, network devices, and storage systems.,Perform routine maintenance tasks including hardware upgrades, software updates, and firmware upgrades.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.,Ensure the availability and reliability of critical infrastructure by implementing redundancy and failover mechanisms.,Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues before they impact operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.,Document all maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and incident reports for future reference.,Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical infrastructure operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.,Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
