Bay Royal Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with local and international accounting standards.,Analyze financial data to provide strategic advice and support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is a plus.
