We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our coffee shop's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products with high quality and accuracy.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.,Interact with customers to provide excellent service and build positive relationships.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.,Assist in the preparation of food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, to complement the coffee service.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve the quality of our products.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and basic maintenance.,Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
