📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and call potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to management.
• Manage and maintain sales records and customer databases using Salesforce.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
