Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we attract, assess, and secure the best candidates for our organization.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.,Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and cultural fit.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in leading and managing a team, if possible.
