📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the implementation of quality control processes and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality control software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards is a plus.
