📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the production line to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement improvements in production processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and performance metrics.,Participate in shift rotations and overtime work as required to meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Familiarity with production equipment and processes.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Willingness to travel and work in remote locations if required.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience with quality control and safety procedures is a plus.
