📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the operation of ATMs and other banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
